As the weather gets warmer, Executive Chef Saul Ortiz heats up happy hour with new specials at Tacos & Tequila (T&T).  And, to make sure no guest gets left out of the fiesta, Chef Ortiz also has created new all day specials sure to keep the party going every week day at Luxor Hotel and Casino.

T&T’s new happy hour specials feature half-off starters including Guacamole, Queso Fundido, Nachos, Quesadillas, Chicken Tamales and Tostadas, Beef Flautas and Corn on the Cob. While enjoying the delicious food specials, guests will toast with $5 Dos Equis, Jose Cuervo shots, well drinks, sangria and house red and white wine, in addition to $18 buckets of Sol.

The 2012 Miss Teen USA contestants showed off their sweet side at Sugar Factory ( http://www.sugarfactory.com/ ) at Paris Las Vegas on Saturday evening. The blushing beauty queens were all smiles as they stocked up on delectable treats including Sugar Factory’s signature jumbo whirly pops, gummy bears and mouthwatering milk chocolate S’Mores candy bars.  Showing off their playful side, the lovely ladies stopped to sign autographs and pose for photographs with admiring fans.  Danielle Doty, the reigning Miss Teen USA 2011, took to Twitter Sunday afternoon exclaiming “Sugar Factory, thank you so much for yesterday!”

Five new hospitality industry professionals representing four tourism businesses in May joined The Las Vegas Hospitably Association (LVHA), a leading Las Vegas tourism industry nonprofit organization celebrating its 50^th anniversary this year.

KISS® By Monster Mini Golf®, a unique rock ‘n roll-themed amusement attraction based around the legendary band KISS® gets “Tanked.” The hit show on Animal Planet will feature Wayde King and Brett Raymer, the owners of Acrylic Tank Manufacturing (ATM), as they set out to construct and unveil a tank to mimic a mini-rock concert, complete with amplifiers, a light show and the iconic KISS logo. Uprising Records artist, T. Mills, will pack Gallery Nightclub inside Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino with an appearance after his Vans Warped Tour performance on Wednesday, June 20.
