Spring is in the air and K.C. Fazel, Executive Chef of the elegant TENDER Steak & Seafood at Luxor Hotel and Casino, has infused the restaurant’s menu with the freshest ingredients and flavors of the season to offer guests an unparalleled dining experience.
Fazel has enhanced each selection by introducing a host of new offerings, creating dishes that are made from the purest sources available. “Any recipe is only as good as the ingredients, and the most important part of my job is to find the best ingredients available,” said Fazel. Fazel does what it takes to ensure this standard is being met, even if it takes going to Hawaii to meet the fishermen to confirm that the fish are going straight from the line to the ice then immediately delivered to the restaurant overnight. He also has gone to Alaska to visit a lamb farm to see that the animals graze freely and are naturally grass fed.
Opening act for the Zac Brown Band, Blackberry Smoke, an American country band from Atlanta, will take over the Lynyrd Skynyrd BBQ & Beer stage at Excalibur Hotel and Casino on Saturday, March 31 at 10:30 p.m.
Combining country twang and southern rock, the band’s recent album, “Little Piece of Dixie,” is a mix of songs written by the band and includes their first singles, “Good One Comin’ On” and “Up in Smoke.” The band is expected to release a new album in 2012 and is currently signed to Southern Ground record label.
FANTASY at Luxor Hotel and Casino has undergone an online makeover, giving the show’s website (www.fantasyluxor.com) a new look. The sexy adult revue revamped its site using the newest website development technology, allowing fans to fantasize anytime they please.
As visitors enter the homepage, they are greeted with a full screen, sneak-peek of the gorgeous ladies performing in the show. Visitors get real time updates from the page’s live streaming FANTASY Twitter feed (@FANTASYLuxor) and the “Showgirl of the Month” is showcased throughout the website.
