Friday Already? Nice!

Today internationally-renowned Chef Gordon Ramsay announced that Gordon Ramsay Steak, his first restaurant in Las Vegas, will open Friday, May 11 at Paris Las Vegas. Gordon Ramsay Steak will offer guests a fresh, high-energy modern steakhouse environment that playfully transports guests from Paris to London.

“The space is bold and innovative, and we've put together a strong team who together created a contemporary and fresh menu,” says Chef Ramsay. “I can't wait to open and start welcoming guests to my very first Vegas-based restaurant.”

With a menu showcasing new items, an updated lineup of entertainment and guest hosts, brunch goers will be shouting “hallelujah!” at House of Blues Las Vegas’ Gospel Brunch. Taking place each Sunday with seating times at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m., the Gospel Brunch is one of House of Blues’ signature events. The award-winning brunch is a one-of-a-kind live music show and dining experience. While enjoying an all-you-can-eat Southern style buffet, diners are entertained by various high-energy gospel groups.

The brunch, which takes place in the House of Blues main music hall, features a menu with items such as Omelet Stations and Carving Stations serving oven roasted turkey breast, maple glazed ham and more. The expansive menu includes breakfast favorites like the Mini Waffles of Love with fresh strawberries, whipped cream and maple syrup. Salads such as couscous with fresh vegetables, tomato and cucumber salad, and desserts including house baked cookies, brownies, muffins and of course, white chocolate bread pudding, are all included.
As announced on “American Idol” last night, Taylor Hicks, winner of the show’s fifth season, will have an eight-week engagement headlining at Bally’s Las Vegas beginning Tuesday, June 26, 2012. Hicks will play in The Indigo at Bally’s Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings at 7 p.m.

On top of the delicious BBQ specials, revelers can enjoy Budweiser beer buckets for just $19 while rocking out to the live DJ at the post-pool party spot on The Strip all weekend.
